I Have A Confession
I don't always know what to do.
Sometimes I do and say things I regret later.
Parts of my life are pretty shitty right now.
You might wonder why I'm telling you this. Or you might think I have no business being a life coach if it’s true.
Being a life coach means you have a perfect life, right?
Nope.
Think about some of your favorite athletes. Their coaches may not have had the same success as the people they coach. Simone Biles comes to mind. As the greatest gymnast of all time, it would be impossible for her to find a coach who is a more perfect and skilled gymnast than her. What her coach does is help her improve on her own skills.
Her coach shows her the things she can't see about herself so she can become even better.
If you work with me, I'm not going to tell you exactly what to do. Because it wouldn't be helpful to you.
Think about someone in your life who is a know-it-all. We all have them. Those people who believe they always know what's best for you and everyone else. How do you feel when you're with them? My guess is you often feel resentful and defensive. And you probably try to avoid doing what they say you should do.
So why would you want to hire someone who makes you feel resentful and defensive?
Instead, if you work with me, I'll help you connect with your intuition and figure out what's best for you. Not what I think, but what you know deep down to be true. Just like Simone's coach, I can help you see and feel the things you can't so you can become the best version of you. Even better, I'll teach you the skills to do it yourself.
