Sell Yourself on the Vision

Change rarely happens quickly or easily.

I wish that wasn't the case but it is with very few exceptions.

That's why we have programs like Couch to 5K. Because most people aren't going to go from never running ever to running 3 miles overnight.

You have to put in the daily work. But that's not what the program is selling. They're selling you the vision of crossing the finish line of a race 9 weeks from now.

Because let's be honest, if they were selling you on waking up early, getting hot and sweaty, sore muscles and discipline they probably wouldn't be very successful.

But that's what you're doing to yourself when you shut down your ideas and dreams.

When you want something, you focus on all of the reasons why it won't work or will be too hard to get.

Instead of focusing on the vision of you having what you want, living the way you want, you focus on all of the steps and inevitable setbacks that will come with going for it. So you don't ever go for it.

Challenges are just part of change, not a reason to avoid it.

Sell yourself on the vision of what you want. Just like Couch to 5K sells aspiring runners on the high of crossing a finish line for the first time.

When things don't go as planned. When what you're doing doesn't seem to be working. When it's taking longer than you thought. Return to the vision of what you want and use that energy to fuel you in the here and now.

As your coach I can hold the vision with you, keep you accountable and support you along the way from where you are now to making that vision your reality using insights, tools and strategies that are specific to you based on your Human Design.

Let's get started. Schedule a consult so we can talk about working together.

During the consult we'll talk about what you're looking for and what's missing. I'll lay out a process to help you get there. And then we'll decide if we want to move forward. Either way, you'll get info about your chart and some strategies you can implement right away.
