It's very common when you start to feel dissatisfied or blah about your life to want to change things up.
You'll start thinking about taking up knitting or skydiving. Maybe you'll peruse the membership options at the newest boutique gym in your area. Or you'll start contemplating bigger shake-ups like like a new job or relationship.
All of those things are fine if you know what it is you're actually seeking.
But if you're just running away from what you have without any idea where you're going, none of those things will solve the problem.
You'll end up starting and stopping, flitting around, all while continuing to feel blah and dissatisfied.
To avoid this, I've created a game of Twenty Questions for you to play with yourself. Answer the questions below - all at once or break them down a do a few at a time- to discover where you want to be.
That way you can spend your time and energy getting there instead of just out of here.
How do you want to feel about your life?
On a day to day basis?
When you think of it as a whole?
What's keeping you from feeling that way now?
When you do feel that way, what are you doing?
What about that activity creates the feeling for you?
How can you do more of that on a regular basis?
If all options were on the table and money wasn't an issue, what would you change about your life?
What's stopping you from making those changes now?
Can you make any of those changes today?
If you were going to make those changes today, what would you do?
What is your favorite thing to do?
How can you incorporate a little bit more of that thing in your life?
If you were handed a permission slip that guaranteed there would be no consequences for your actions, what would you want it to say?
If you could switch places with someone Freaky Friday style who would it be?
What about that person's life appeals to you?
How can you add some of that into your own life?
What is your favorite thing about your life now?
How can you spend more time on that?
If you were given $10,000 that you had to spend on yourself what would you buy?
Look back over your answers to the questions.
Did the same thing keep popping up as you answered? Or did you notice any recurring themes?
What are some things from the answers that you can change or start now? Do those right away.
What are some of the things that you don't want to change immediately but want to work toward? Take the first step now and lay out the plan to get you the rest of the way there.
Want support as you make these immediate and long-term changes? As your coach I can help you make decisions and a plan that are aligned for you based on your current circumstances, your desires and your Human Design.
Let's get started. Schedule a consult to get started so we can talk about working together.
During the consult we'll talk about what you're looking for and what's missing. I'll lay out a process to help you get there. And then we'll decide if we want to move forward. Either way, you'll get info about your chart and some strategies you can implement right away.
