It's very common when you start to feel dissatisfied or blah about your life to want to change things up.
You'll start thinking about taking up knitting or skydiving. Maybe you'll peruse the membership options at the newest boutique gym in your area. Or you'll start contemplating bigger shake-ups like like a new job or relationship.
All of those things are fine if you know what it is you're actually seeking.
But if you're just running away from what you have without any idea where you're going, none of those things will solve the problem.
You'll end up starting and stopping, flitting around, all while continuing to feel blah and dissatisfied.
To avoid this, I've created a game of Twenty Questions for you to play with yourself. Answer the questions below - all at once or break them down a do a few at a time- to discover where you want to be.
That way you can spend your time and energy getting there instead of just out of here.

When you do feel that way, what are you doing?

How can you do more of that on a regular basis?
If all options were on the table and money wasn't an issue, what would you change about your life?

Let's get started. Schedule a consult to get started so we can talk about working together.
During the consult we'll talk about what you're looking for and what's missing. I'll lay out a process to help you get there. And then we'll decide if we want to move forward. Either way, you'll get info about your chart and some strategies you can implement right away.
