My word for 2023 is Clear.
Instead of making New Years Resolutions I choose a word each year and then one or two year-long goals.
This year, I've set one personal and one professional goal. And chosen the word to be my guiding principle throughout the year.
Because I have Emotional Authority, I make decisions by sitting with them until I feel settled. So for the last couple of weeks I've been spending time considering my 2023 word and goals. 🧘♀️
And the word I kept coming back to was clear.
This year I plan to use that word by:
👓 Having one clear focus in my business and one clear focus in my personal life. I will avoid getting distracted with lower priority items that take away from my two areas of focus.
📍Using my Human Design chart as my guide so I stay clear on how I work best, how I make decisions and how I can support myself throughout the year.
🚮 Clearing out anything in my life - tangible and intangible - that no longer align with who I am or my work in the world.
⏳ Leaving clear space on my calendar every day to have time to rest, think and check in with my body and intuition.
✔️ Setting a clear intention for each day that moves me closer to my goals.
