This One Time at Trader Joe's

I'm really short. Just about 5'1" on a big hair day. So there's a lot of things I can't reach and a stepstool is a necessary thing in my house.

But I've also learned to get creative. I use kitchen tongs to reach things on high shelves.

Yesterday I crawled into the fridge at Trader Joe's to reach the kombucha.

I could see my height as limiting. I could have missed out on the Strawberry Lemonade kombucha (my favorite!) because I couldn't reach it without doing something unexpected like crawling into the fridge.

How often are you limiting yourself instead of looking for solutions?

Your brain finds answers for what you're asking. If you ask...

Why won't this work?

Why can't I do the thing I want to do?

Why can't I find a new job?

Those are the answers your brain will find.

Instead, ask your brain to look for solutions.

If I could make it work, what would I do?

If I could do the thing where would I start?

How can I find a new job?

Then your brain will answer those questions.

I help my clients find solutions instead of focusing on the problems. We get creative and make things happen. In a way that's aligned with their Human Design strategy.
