The Universe has its own rhythms - solstices, seasons, moon cycles, etc. - that don't line up perfectly with the order and predictability that we crave as humans.Â
Which is why Leap Day was created. It's a calendar work-around designed to bypass the fact that the Earth doesn't orbit the Sun on a perfect 365 day schedule.Â
There's nothing wrong with it. It serves the purpose of helping you plan ahead with a degree of certainty. You know what day your birthday is each year and which holidays happen in winter versus summer.
But it's now how the world was designed to work. Which is why we have to make up a day and shove it into February every four years to keep the system we created on track.
Does your life require a Leap Day?
You were probably taught that life happens a certain way in a certain order. Go to college. Get a degree then a job. Hit the expected life milestones. Climb the ladder. Check the boxes.
So you did that. And while your life is predictable and looks good on paper, you've drifted further and further away from what actually is aligned for you.
Which is why you do Leap Day things like follow the lives of influencers and celebrities, get lost in reality TV, take mental health days or spend all of your time planning your next vacation.
To be clear, there's nothing wrong with doing any of those things. As long as they feel fun and serve as a bonus to your life. But when they start to feel like a necessary hack to keep your life working and on track, it's time to reevaluate.
That's exactly what I can help you do as your life coach. When you work with me, you'll learn how to use your Human Design to make sure your life works with your natural rhythms and energetic make up. So it feels fulfilling, not draining.
Schedule a consult so we can talk about working together.
During the consult we'll talk about what you're looking for and what's missing. I'll lay out a process to help you get there. And then we'll decide if we want to move forward. Either way, you'll get info about your chart and some strategies you can implement right away.
